I submitted my book for review and got told that someone had downloaded it on the 1st of June. It's been nearly two months and that status hasn't changed. Is this a normal waiting time, or has something gone wrong?

For a free review request, yes two months turn-around time might be normal. However, you should be getting more status updates in the meantime regarding when the book was finished. I have given this reviewer until tomorrow to update the status of this review or else she will be removed from the review team and then your book will be open to another reviewer.

Thanks for looking into this, but the review status has still not been updated.
