Help! [Solved]

I chose a book to review, went to the next page, chose a format (PDF) was taken to the next page where it says I've already sent an error report (which I hadn't at the time) and that I had chosen to download the book with an Amazon gift certificate, which I never did since I don't have one. So far I've sent two error reports and have been waiting since the 14th for the issue to be resolved. What should I do?

I have investigated this. I found that there is clearly a bug that caused this problem. I have manually repaired the problem for you in this case, so that you can continue the download/review process. But I am turning this into a support ticket and will be working on fixing the bug that caused this problem. And I want to say thank you for bringing this to my attention.

Wait. Do you have to buy the books in order to review them?

No, as a reviewer you do not need to buy the books. They are free. But usually the person (usually the author) who is having you review the book has to buy the review copy of the book in order to give it to you for free.
