An error always occurs when I try to download the book.

I had that happen to me once. Resetting my Kindle corrected the problem. Also check to see if your wifi is cutting out during the downloads. I hope that helps.

I'm having the same problem with a simple pdf download. Hoping it gets fixed soon!
