I know that recently I had a problem that there were not enough free books available to all the new members trying to join the team. I resolved that issue but now that may have trickled down into a surplus of reviewers eligible for paid reviews. I will keep an eye on this and if it is the case I will implement a parallel solution as I did with the relative shortage of reviews.
