Gift Certificates, or an Amazon Gift Code?

Dear Sir, Madam,

I have received another e-mail from this website, copy below, requesting an Amazon Gift Code/Gift Certificate in order that my book be reviewed.

Unfortunately I have no Gift Certificates, or an Amazon Gift Code for my book below and therefore cannot comply.
Why it is would be necessary to be in possession of gift certificate I have no idea.

Furthermore, I couldn't respond directly to the e-mail below as it is a 'Noreply'.
To make matters worse, there appears to be no 'Contact Us', facilities on this website.

I had no other address to send this to and so, reduced to placing it on this forum, no doubt in the wrong section.

If some kind soul could forward this to the applicable section, I would be most grateful.

If you are being asked for a gift code, it is because you checked off the box to send us your ebook via gift card when submitting your original review request. I will pull your request up in the database and change that selection now.

It looks like that is the only option you selected. We can't read and review your book unless we have it. How are you going to send us your book?
