Book review marked as published but not in database

Post by Tigermoon »

Hi,

The person who reviewed my book sent me a message explaining some details of my book so I could verify he had, indeed, read it and understood it. A very nice way of authenticating the review process I thought. However, when I clicked on the link to say yes, it does look like he/she did understand my book, I got an error message:

"An error has occured. A report has been sent to the webmaster, Scott.
Error details: Your review has been marked as published but the review was not found in the database."

Not sure what to do next.

Just bumping this, I haven't heard anything since I confirmed the reviewer seemed like he had read my book. Can someone get back to me on it? It's been a while.

Yes, there was some incorrect info in the database about this review. Not sure how it happened. I have corrected it now.
