Review Problem

Post by imm219+ »

I submitted a request for a review and sent a free book to the person who agreed to review my book. I received an email from the forum that the book was received, and the person had begun reading my book. Today I was directed back to this site for an update. The message only stated that there was a problem with my review; please contact Scott. Since there was no link to Scott, I put Scott in Search and discovered that there were many people with the same dilemma. Please let me know what to do to resolve this "problem". I have contacted the original reviewer about this to investigate. Please contact me in a few days if you have not gotten a response.

I was asked to confirm review submission so the review of my book already submitted could commence. However, the system tells me that an error occurred and that I should contact Scott.

Kindly see to this problem. I have tried to verify what the problem is but I keep getting the same response.

Hi there,
I asked for a book review, and was told to send the Amazon Gift Certificate on the "form". I entered the Gift certificate code in the form, but the system keeps sayings its not a valid code. I've cut and paste it several times, so it "is" a valid code.

If you send me an email to reply to, I will forward you the email from Amazon with the number on it. I've searched around and could not find anywhere to contact you other then sending a post.

Thanks

Are you sure you purchased a Kindle gift as opposed to a regular gift card?

I spoke with Amazon Support today, and told them the issue I have. Your instructions say under Method 2 to order a Method 2: Choose "Email the gift to me". Copy and paste the "Gift Claim Code" sent to you by Amazon into the box on this page. I recieved a claim code below, [code-removed] but when I enter it into your Submit code box, it still rejects. PLEASE HELP to resolve this issue so I can get my review processed. Thanks.

Extract from my email that Amazon sent me:
Claim Code:
[code-removed]
$1.00
