Links to "other" Amazon sites please?

Post by +Pathwalker+ »

I apologise if this has been covered somewhere else, I couldn't find anything with a quick search.

I'm enjoying some of the book reviews, but am slightly aggravated that there is only one link for Amazon - for the USA site - which doesn't help me in the UK at all.

Would it be possible to have more than one link, to other Amazon sites, which would make it so much easier to pop an interesting book into your wish list wherever you live?

Many thanks for the great site, just starting to find my way around

I wouldn't want to have a whole list of links for each different country Amazon serves. However, in theory I could make it so any given member can set their country or preferred Amazon site in their profile on this site and then format any given Amazon link such that it directs to the viewers preference.

I'm surprised at the opening post because if I log on as I generally do to the .com server I always get a pop up asking me if I want to divert to .co.uk server - no big deal it's just one click if I want to change.
Which one I will use depends on the book - some are cheaper on .com and vice versa depending on the EUR v $/£ exchange rate at the time. I prefer it this way, I wouldn't want to be restricted on either server.
Frankly I don't see an issue.
