I tried to creat a dream casting thread.
I searched like I was supposed to and found nothing even similar to my idea.
I tried to post and it said there were three exsisting threads and to post mine on one of them. I searched again and it brought up a few posts that had the word dream and casting in them but not in tandom?
I tried again, same thing happened.
I saved as a draft.
What should I do now?

Alternate term for a fantasy cast. Just as a "dream team" is a list of ultimate players for a sport, a dream cast is one person's list of the best players for a book adaptation or movie.

I was trying to search via the word cast, never thought to use the word actor.
Dream cast is just the term I'm most familiar with.
That and fantasy cast.

From what you describe the problem was likely with the title you were using for the topic. For instance, for this topic you just used a question mark. That would be seen as a duplicate if anyone else ever used a question mark as a title. If you use a more descriptive title, it will distinguish your topic from previously entered topics. The forum has nearly 16 thousand different topics. It is important that the title for each topic is very descriptive and unique, or else it would be hard to navigate. Topic titles like "help" or "idea" or "cool book" are too broad to make navigating between the 16,000 topics feasible.
