I tried to do the name verification for the bonus points, but I was told that the names on my OBC and Facebook accounts were different from the ones on my Paypal. I've changed my OBC and Facebook account names to the ones on my Paypal, but the bonus points aren't reflecting. What do I do?

This is the message. I've changed my facebook name. Do I need to resend the number?

Hi, I'm having a similar issue. My OBC name and Facebook name match, but my PayPal name is a partial match because it's still under my maiden name since I had the account before I got married.

Yes, I was able to do so yesterday.
