Paypal email address change [resolved]

I have encountered some issues with my PayPal that has led me to have it shut down and I would like to know if the only way for me to change my PayPal email is for me to shut down and start over by re-signing up for online bookclub. please advise me on the best course of action

Hi Evangeline. I am looking for the same situation because someone is using my current mail in Paypal.

And thank you for reaching out. I am very sorry for the delay in answering your message. Unfortunately, once a PayPal address has been added and a payment has been sent to it, you cannot change it anymore. I am sorry for the disappointment this may have caused.
