Hi everyone!
As a new user on this server, I ignored if I had to create a new account but my email account was cloned and someone is using it in Paypal. When I tried to edit my profile, it wouldn't allow me to change my email. It appears to be blocked.

Could you please tell me how I can resolve this issue? Do I have to wait until I create a new account?

And thank you for reaching out. I am sorry for the delay in answering your message. I am following up on this; has this issue already been resolved? If you need to change your account email, we can help you with it. If you have already added a PayPal address to your preferences page and a payment has been made, unfortunately we cannot change that.
