Hi,

I am unable to post a review on Amazon. I realized this recently.

I was requested to post a review on Amazon so I did it on the kindle app and it said it will take a few days to process, but it also says on the Amazon site that I am not eligible to post a review.

I am unsure what to do about this. Can you help me?

It will take same time as any Amazon review would 3-4 days minimum and 7-10 maximum.
Don't worry about the two showing different pages, one allows you to write and other asks for you to be eligible before you get to write.

Kindle will publish and you'll get a confirmation email in time. Be patient. All the best.

I am facing the same problem. I have submitted the amazon review on amazon site, but it seems to be not updating or accepting my review.

I'm having the same issue as above I don't know what to do next please help

If you are on the Review Team and are unable or unwilling to leave Amazon reviews, you will want to make sure you have specified that fact on the Preferences tab of the Review Team Page.

In other words, on your Preferences tab, you will want to change the answer for "Are you able and willing to leave Amazon customer reviews?" to "no".

By setting your Preferences correctly, the software will automatically hide the books that do not match your Preferences from the list shown to you on the Select tab to improve the convenience to you and help ensure you don't accidentally select a book for review that you are not eligible to review.
