I have done the review of last book on 9th May and 3 weeks are completed but I still have not received the payment due for that. Kindly check into that.

Could you post the Screenshot of your history page of the book whose payment is pending?

Please find attached 3 screenshots of the History Page. There was no initiation of payment made from OnlineBookClub side and the review was submitted and published on 9th May. I can give you screenshots of the emails as well. Please let me know if anything else is required.

Hi Bindu,

The date mentioned on the published review is different from the Last status update. And in the screenshot, it shows that the Last status update was 20 May 2023. (The 3 week period is counted from last status update)
There are 10 days left for 3-week period to complete. So you can expect payment by 10 June, if no Dispute arises.

I got the confirmation mail for review published on 10th May. I am not sure why the date is shown as 20th May. I have attached the screenshot of the mail for the published review.

Hello Bindu ji,

Did you make changes to your preferences on 20th May? You see, making changes to preferences will count as a status update, so that's why the date has changed from 10th May to 20th May.
