I cant submit my review.

Hi, my name is Anallely and I recently tried to submit my review for a book finished, I click on save and save preview, bt I cant finish the submission because it says there is a problem and I have to submit the rating of 3 out of 5. Which I did, but still see that red box.
Does anyone know how I can submit my review?

i did allof that nad tried again and agin submitted a error report still its a struggle...its asking me to write the rating in the review which i did still its showing the same ,as a beginner its exhausting and tried to delet my account they said i cant
