Hello, I hope you are well.
It has been 3 weeks and no moderator has reached out in regards to how I can appeal the account ban. Is this the the end of the road for me?

I didn't appeal the ban beacuse there isn't an option to do so in the ban notice. That is why I initially asked if it's possible to appeal.

The ban notice states that I should resolve the PQR to appeal the ban. However, when I click the link to the PQR, there isn't an option to resolve it. This could be because I resolved the same PQR a year ago when I reviewed the book. I have attached the ban notice below. Kindly assist.

And thank you for the screenshots. If I understand you correctly, you responded this PRQ dispute a year ago, but got banned only recently, is that correct? Kindly confirm, and add a link to your rejected review text. I will then escalate this to my manager for further advise.

Yes, I responded to the PQR more than a year ago. That is why I don't understand why I've been banned now. What do you mean by the rejected review text?
