Is censored profanity borderline profanity or profanity? (Resolved)

The book I’m currently reviewing has profanity, but the only instance of profanity I’ve seen so far has been censored. For example, instead of saying “ass” it says “a*s”. It’s clear in the book which word it means, but I’m unsure if it should be noted as borderline profanity since it’s censored or just profanity since you can easily figure out the swear. Should I not not it at all?

You should note censored profanity as borderline profanity.
And could you provide the context where that word has been used, that will give a more clear idea if it is profanity or not.
For example: f*ck, s***, etc.

I have resolved the issue, and it’s no trouble. I understand there are many people on this site, and that going through messages, questions, and reviews is time consuming. I didn’t expect a response right away, and was in no rush so the delay didn’t really effect me.
