Hello all! I’ve been unable to access either a free sample (as mentioned in the BOTD post) or the current discount on the Kindle edition which is supposedly available - it comes up as either not available on the US store or as a preorder for next month on my local Australian store, which is odd considering how long this book has been out. Is anyone else having this problem? Is it maybe Australia-specific?

Update: I have a review copy now, but the inability to get the free sample via the BOTD giveaway issue still stands

The sample was unavailable, both India Amazon/International Amazon. But I read the book's summary on it's Amazon page.
