FB Name Verification

My name doesn't match my OLB username exactly, but only because my name doesn't end in a 3. I also can't change my OLB username to remove the 3, as that was already taken. Hence the 3. Can someone please resolve this? Image attached.

Thank you for reaching out. I am sorry for the delayed response. Unfortunately, once your Facebook name is updated on the systems, we cannot change it. Even if you were able to change your OBC username to match the Facebook name, you will not receive the name verification bonus. I am sorry for any disappointment this may cause.
