An email was sent today regarding my payment, it said that my payment was declined due to risk. Now I have sorted the problem. Will i be getting paid or not?

If you are still confused, you can always email the review team support. I have never experienced such a thing so the best thing to do is contact them directly.

From personal experience, yes you will get paid once you resolve the issues with your Paypal account.
