Paypal error [Resolved]

I recently got my review published and got email that they tried to make payment through paypal but there were some errors. I have reupdated my paypal email id but I haven't received my payment yet.

I have the same issue too. I got an email saying that they are facing an error. And I have also been asked to update my email ID. However I cross checked and updated several times still the payment is not processed.
Error Name: RISK_DECLINE

Error Message: This transaction was declined due to risk concerns.

Hi, I faced a similar issue at first and contacted the Paypal customer center. The reason you are facing this issue is that your KYC has not been updated on Paypal. You need to verify your identity in order to receive payments even if you have already verified your bank account and card. In the KYC process, you have to confirm the email address(in case you have not), Add pan card number(for Indian nationality), and add the bank and purpose code. Once you log into your account and complete the KYC process you will be able to receive money immediately. After KYC verification once you get a confirmation email you can refill that email address in the "preferences" tab and your payment will go through successfully. Hope this helps :)

And don't worry they definitely pay you after the issue is solved.
