Same problem here ... couldn't access since Friday morning. Normal service seems to have resumed today

I don't see whether there is an outside link policy. But I'll just tell you what to look for just in case.
Look for a site called "Down for Everyone or Just Me". It tells you whether the site is down or not. It's said to be 99.9% accurate or something.
