The book covers a broad spectrum of issues that fall under a single umbrella of despair and is not very specific with its solutions.
I was however happy that I came across the book as well, since it lightened the mood and helped me understand that I'd rather be hopeful than not.

It actually exceeded my expectations. I never realized there was so much involved in hope! The case studies, anecdotes, research referenced and personal experiences bring the message home in an interesting way. It's not just theory and some steps to follow, although that is included as well. It is well worth the read.

Did this book meet your expectations?

Yes the book, "Fireproof Happiness," met my expectations and beyond. It was a great book to read. It was uplifting, informational, motivational, and well-written. For those who have self-doubt or low self-esteem, this is the book to read. The author of this book explains the word "Hope" in many different ways. On every level, the word "hope" is necessary in our lives to be successful in our lives.
