I thought the book would be about a mystery on the beach that would bring adventure. Maybe some time travel will take place either past or futuristic. I started reading the book today and could hardly put it down.

A lot of things. Adventure, going back in time are amongst of the few things I can think about right now. But I think it was well thought of. I think a good title is the one that would intrigue you, make you want to read the book to find out more about the book, and I think this one did the job well.
‘When you do a good deed, people are grateful, and that creates a nice feeling inside you; and then because it feels good, that makes you want to do more good deeds. That repetition is the cycle of goodness.’

The title 'SandPeople' initially sparked my imagination, leading me to wonder if the book was about a fascinating civilization of people living in harmony with sand. But when I saw the subtitle, my thoughts shifted to a broader scope - I envisioned a sweeping narrative that spans generations.

From the title I imagined an ancient Civilization of people probably from the medieval ages. I also imagined the sand people from season 2 of ATLAB

I thought it was a mystery with potentially some supernatural elements. It's definitely an interesting title.

I'm about halfway through and it definitely wasn't what I was expecting, in the best way possible! I thought the title may have referred to beachgoers which is super exciting but now that I know more, I love the title and the story so far.

What did you think of this book when you first read its title?
If I did not see the cover of the book, I would have most likely thought it was an adult book and believed it was in the desert. Well that is what my mind thinks of first when I saw the title.

My Fist impression was that the book had to do with people living in an area of huge sand. I was amazed when that wasn't the case.
