Absolutely!!… I would recommend “Quest: Finding Freddie”. I quite enjoyed it myself
I was really impressed by Richard’s unwavering loyalty to his job and his compassion towards Ruth (Freddie’s wife) and to others!…
I also liked how this book ended, there was no lingering questions on my mind at the end.

Alissa Nesson wrote: 14 Jun 2024, 10:08 I would recommend this book to anyone who thinks it sounds interesting, because it is. There was a good amount of mystery, humor, history, and suspense involved, which kept the story moving and kept me engaged. There were, however, descriptions and explanations about a lot of purely logistical chores that Richard has to perform, and I did find some of these sections to be a bit boring at times. Most of the book is very interesting, however, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
I agree, Alissa. There are a variety of elements in the book which will appeal to many different people. I would also add that Spradlin provides plenty of background information when necessary so previous knowledge is not needed.
