I think the cover isn't eye-catching and it didn't pique my curiosity to check the book, despite how it fits the subject of the book. I think a more vibrant image would have made a better cover.

I'm curious to see how well connected the cover of the book is with the narrative. It definitely caught my interest. Exploration comes to mind, especially with the word "Quest" being in focus.
I am an avid reader. I typically read 1-2 books per week. I enjoy a wide array of genres including Sci Fi, Action/Thriller, and Historical Fiction.

As a geologist and christian, I also particularly enjoy books on science and faith.

Diana, I had the same thought! At first glance it looks like a travel journal you would find on the shelf of a bookstore, but the fact that Nigeria has the spotlight on it indicates there's a relation to the contents of the book. Since the spotlight isn't very obvious, maybe they could have added a magnifying glass casting that spotlight on Nigeria to tie-in with the title.

The book cover shows a map, suggesting a story about travel or exploration, likely in Africa. The old-style map adds a sense of adventure and mystery, fitting well with the title "Quest."

The cover of "Quest: Finding Freddie" by Thomas Richard Spradlin, featuring an antique map, evokes themes of exploration and history, with bold typography and a vintage color scheme enhancing its appeal.

I think the compass and the map on the page made the page relate. I easily had an expectation even before opening the book or read the synopsis.

The book's cover design is appealing, and although it may be slightly straightforward, the incorporation of an African map effectively conveys the narrative's setting and themes, creating a fitting visual representation

I'm fond of the cover art chosen for this book; while it may not be particularly unique, the use of an African map as the central element skillfully ties in with the story's context, creating a clear and relevant visual connection.

The cover initially confused me, but the synopsis clarified its relevance. Its warm artwork evokes Africa's climate and cultural essence.

I ended up deciding to read this book because of the cover. I know it's a bad habit, but I love picking out books with interesting covers.

While the cover of the book is fairly basic, I believe it was a good choice. It clearly advertises the the continent of Africa is a prominent feature of the book. I know they say you should never judge a book by its cover, but I am definitely guilty of it!
