What is the greatest conceivable creative objective an all-powerful, all-loving God could pursue? In the book's conclusion, the author writes this: "The most grandiose conceivable creative objective is specified in Revelation 7:9, which describes 'a great multitude' of beings so vast that 'no man could number' them, becoming one body with God in an eternal loving union."
What are your thoughts? Can you think of a greater creative end than this?

This discussion question forces one to ponder the purpose of Creation. The book asserts that we were created for the purpose of entering into a perfect, timeless loving relationship with God and one another. If this is in fact God’s creative objective, then the most grandiose conceivable creative objective would be to create whatever environment allows for the greatest number of people to enter into a timeless loving unity with God and one another. This appears to be exactly what Revelation 7:9 is describing—a “great multitude” from every nation entering into perfect love with God and each other, forever.

When Jesus was about to leave, He prayed to the Father "that they may be one." Apostle Paul also talked about when we will all come to the unity of the body. Connecting this to your question , you see that Revelation 7:9 agrees with other references about a unified people in God.

The greatest purpose would be to design a reality in which people may accept or reject love and fellowship with the creator, and develop closer bonds.

The greatest conceivable creative objective an all-powerful, all-loving God could pursue is absolute oneness with his creation. He pursued only the relationship one could ever imagine, that he even gave us his own breath, image and likeness that he can be in us, with us all the time, in spite of our weaknesses and shortcomings, he still loved us, what an awesome objective.
