I can see from the fact that your username is highlighted in green that your purchase was already verified.

If you didn't get an email confirming that you were upgraded to Level 6 (which you were), then please check your spam/junk folder, as that email (plus potentially other important emails) are almost certainly in your spam/junk folder.

Hi,I purchased the book last month, but after receiving the ban (Ban Code: B35-U5888843-LI00), I also bought the audiobook in the hope of having the ban removed. However, I noticed that I cannot upload a second receipt for the audiobook on the provided link because it shows that I have already purchased the book.

I was upgraded to a level 6, and then was downgraded back to level 4 without explanation. Who can I talk to to figure out what happened? I've had no luck so far with the contact form.

A few things:

1. I've bought your book, and my first review was published. Please upgrade my level to 6. I'm ready to enjoy more business/sci-fi books and get $60 per review.

2. The select tab shows many books that aren't available to review. This slows down the selection process because after clicking on the book, most say they're not available. Removing these unavailable books immediately would make the selection process faster.

3. Adding the first chapter of each book would be great. We can get an idea of what the author's writing style is.

4. Having authors put their pronouns in their book selection area would help when we're writing reviews. We don't have to check other sources to find their pronouns.

I'm excited for the book, I uploaded all the proof and verifications, but I was downgraded instead of upgraded
