What questions are you left with after finishing "Chloe The Clone" by William E. Mason?

I have several questions regarding: Chloe's reasons for not contacting Sam, if and how she meets him again, how her and Francisco's relationship progresses and what the legalities regarding clones ultimately end up being. Are clones still used for transplants, and are there proper guidelines for unintended sentience?
