There was an important botanical information that surprised me,
such as the fact that the poinsettia, the Christmas plant, which looks harmless appearance wise, could be toxic to humans and pets. They are not highly poisonous
but can cause irritation and discomfort if ingested.

I learned that there was a chance of fraud in these projects. It seems there were no checks and balances, as the project was run with no privacy and with no trained data employees.

I thought the bits about Southern culture, like the deeper meaning behind the phrase “Bless your heart,” added a cool layer to the setting. And I didn’t expect to pick up botanical facts in a thriller. That was a complete wildcard.
