Favourite black romance author?

My favourite used to be Jasmine Guillory but I think I'm starting to prefer Kennedy Ryan. I still love Guillory though and I read her books a lot but Ryan's books entice me a lot and I find myself rereading even after I'm done!!!
Also which one is the worst,
1. Bully and bullied to lovers
2. Popular and nerdy to lovers
