There is the perfect push and pull in the main's relationship. Perfect build up and anticipation AND completion!
I never found any grammatical errors (which is a big deal to me!).
Conflict and conflict resolution is complete! Everytime there is an issue, the characters smartly resolve it! I cannot express my distaste for books that leave conflict open-ended.
I love the magical hidden world she creates. It is in modern times, but like in most pop culture/paranormal books, there is a hidden world of vampires, witches, warlock, werewolves, and much more!
I absolutely fell in love with all of the characters! Not one complaint!
This really is uncommon for me to comment with such high praise. I'm very critical of characters (after all I share my time with them :p).
