Patrick de Witt

Post by Primrose »

Patrick de Witt is my new hero. I loved both" The Sisters Brothers" and "Undermajordomo Minor". So impressed that anyone would write two books so completely different, and so wonderfully written. I have just bought his first book, "Ablutions" and am looking forward to reading that. Has anyone read it?

deWitt is outstanding & a very original writer but I have to admit to not enjoying Ablutions quite as much as the other two - will be interested in your opinion in due course :tiphat:
