Tad Willims

Post by Gannon »

I have never seen Tad Williams mentioned on this forum. I wonder are there any fans out there. I love his "Otherland" series. It is a series of four books where the main characters are trapped online in a world similar to "The Matrix" There are many different worlds they travel through while trapped online. Some are historical, like Egypt where the people who run that part of "otherland" portray themselves as the many gods of ancient Egypt. Other worlds are surreal, like a house that looks like it belongs to a giant and they are the size of mice. They also spend some time in the Trojan War. It is a very enjoyable series and has a little bit for everybody. If there are any Tad Williams fans out there it would be nice to hear from you.
