Which author do you want to have a beer with?

I would love to have a beer with Aron Beauregard, an extreme horror author. I find Aron's writing and his descriptive death scenes of extreme horror to be fascinating. I would certainly dig deep to ask how he comes up with these death scenarios and unique contraptions that are used on victims in his novels. I especially would love to ask him about his newest release, Playground, and how readers generally reacted to the fact of kids being written in an extreme horror novel and brutally tortured in that way.

I would love to sit down and chat with Spider Robinson over the beverage/meal of his choice. Spider's Callahan's book series changed my perspective on life at a time when I was ready to look for a new view of the world. I had the chance to see him and his wife perform some of the songs he had written for the series years ago. It was amazing!

I would like to have lunch with J.K Rowling. I would want to ask her about the source of her imagination. How can one end up writing well detailed and amazing plot novels? Which skills should they brush to be able to write great stories? I think the list of questions would never end.

The author I will love to have an imaginary conversation with is would be the brilliant mind of J.R.R. Tolkien. Sitting down with the creator of Middle-earth would be an unbelievable experience! I could ask him about his inspirations for the fantastical world of hobbits, elves, and wizards, and maybe even discuss the complexities of his works. Plus, I'm sure he would have some fascinating tales to share over a pint.

Neil Gaiman or J. K. Rowling. I am a huge fan of fantasy books. Both these authors have created such beautiful and often dark fantasy books. I just want to ask them how they do it; how they come up with such great ideas.

These are reasonable indications, but I'm sure that if you search the Internet, you will find the answer to this question. Many journalists may have already asked it.

Hmm. Good point. But, maybe I'll be able to ask them some unique questions of my own though. A one-on-one conversation beats a recorded interview any day.
