I think the person who wrote it was a man. I don't think a woman would say something like "touchy feely stuff."

I really hate trick questions! They make my head spin since the fact that brought up the fact that you might be a girl implies that you could be one. However you could be a guy and doing it to confuse us so we will guess wrong! As for my vote I guess....male. Also it's not only guys who use the phrase dumb blondes. Not that I am implying anything but some girls I know insult anyone regardless of gender. They insult their own gender on a daily basis.
