I didn't want to make this post about one specific book, but all of Phillipa Gregory's books. She wrote The Other Boleyn Girl, The White Queen, The Red Queen and many others -- almost all of which I've read and adored. I haven't done much research on the author herself, but I know she tends to do a lot of research for each of her books to get a sense of the characters and their trials and tribulations, which makes the books infinitely better. My favorite, however, will always be The Other Boleyn Girl simply because it was the first of the books that I read. I had always been a history buff before even reading these books, but they helped me realize my love for everything from Henry VIII's reign before and beyond.

Has anyone else read Phillipa Gregory? If so, what do you think of her?
