Team Red Series By T. Hammond

This is my first time posting something other than my introduction so please bare with me.

First off I want to tell you all that the genre of this series was very difficult to pinpoint because the author did a very good job of meshing so many different genres into this series without making it overwhelming. I put this under Romance strictly because of the love triangle that the three main characters are involved in. These books are about a woman, Teresa, who is blinded in an accident and develops a mental connection with her dog, Red. Red is a highly intelligent dog who with the help of Teresa becomes a resource that the police force and military both utilize. The love triangle comes in when her best friends Brother and his friend come back to the town where Teresa is living. They both fall in love with her and Red and insist on protecting her. The series revolves around the adventures that the four of them go on and the friendships that they develop. This series has some action, drama, romance and a touch of paranormal you could say. The way that T. Hammond meshes the genres together is brilliant. I'd highly recommend this series. After I read the first book I couldn't put it down I had to buy the rest of them.

I would also like to note that there are two different versions of this series, there is a PG-13 version that is out as well as a not so PG-13 version. I have not read the PG-13 version, but the author said that she lowered the ages of the characters, changed the background slightly and removed the sexual content in the PG-13 version. Both versions are available on Amazon in both ebook form and paperback form (with the exception of book 6 and it is available in ebook form only) depending on your preference.

The PG-13 Version goes as follows:

Those are the only two that are out in the PG-13 Version as far as I can tell.

I recently read the first book in this series Blind Seduction (it was free on amazon) and I really liked it. I'm visually impaired (although still have a lot of sight left) I felt like I could really relate to the main character and I thought the idea of a telepathic speaking dog was very funny and well thought out. Definitely will be reading the other books sometime in the near future.
