The book titled as White Coat Effect by L.B. Wells is about s Romantic of a young Jewish woman studying to be a doctor. She transcends from being a weak girl to a strong woman facing challenges in medical school and a cross-cultural romance. Thanks for the review

A romance book with good medical information, now isn't that intriguing? The cover of this book is suggestive enough to romance readers to grab. I'll like to read this book. Besides the romance, it sounds rich in knowledge. Good review.

Sounds like a romance book one may enjoy to unwind. I'm now interested to know if Amir and Rory would remain together in spite of all the challenges.

This sounds like an interesting take on the Romeo and Juliet complex, although it does seem that Romeo is potentially not quite so taken with Juliet in this case. Thanks for the in-depth review.

The White Coat Effect" by L. B. Wells appears to be a captivating blend of forbidden romance, cultural clashes, and the challenges faced by a medical student. The inclusion of medical jargon adds an intriguing layer to the story, and the first-person narrative provides a personal touch. Great review

it seems like the author did their research and included the right terminology, making it more authentic. The romantic aspect added a nice touch to the story, making it more relatable and interesting. I'm curious to know what happens next.

I’m looking forward to digging into this novel to find out how Rory will address the challenges in her life brought about by different beliefs, background and upbringing. Will she sacrifice her love or fight for it?

This sounds great! And it sounds like there’s a good plot instead of just sex. Also sounds like a medical drama TV show 😅 Thanks for the review!

The plot is quite intriguing. Combining the medical theme and forbidden romance sounds like an enlightening and entertaining read. I'm not a fan of romance novel, but the medical aspect caught my interest. I mightalso get lost easily by the random flashback, tho. Thank you for a well-written review.

The title of the book, The White Coat Effect is very attractive. A second plus is that it's a romantic novel. I am always here for a good romantic story especially one that has to overcome several factors like family and culture. This is a book I would love to get my hands on. Great review!

This is an interesting romantic fiction thriller highlighting medical fiction, the search for love, hard work, and hunting for one's dreams. I think I will enjoy the romantic journey of Rory and Amir in this book.

Can't wait to add this to my shelves
In "The White Coat Effect" , Wells transports you into the Operating Room as seaminglessly as she does the bedroom. After reading this book you'll feel you've earned your very own white coat, understanding the sleepless nights, inside jokes, use and abuse involved in becoming a bona fide "big cat" surgeon. Thanks for the review.

The review of this book immediately captured my attention with the details of Rory's struggles, not only with her mother, but the poor outcomes in her romantic relationships within her past. I feel like The White Coat Effect is an authentic read because in real-life scenarios with our family members, tough love is given to spark us to do and be better versions of oneself in life. However, I think teaching that lesson should be done in a positive way instead of a negative manner when it comes from a parent. Also, I like the narrative that Rory follows her heart and mind to decide what it is she truly desires that allows her to focus on that path to her final journey or destination.
