Thank you for the review. I personally love MC books and this seems right up my alley. I was disappointed to hear that the last 15% was a preview of another book, but overall it would probably be a book I will enjoy reading nonetheless.

Thanks for the great review. Haven't seen SOA so maybe I'll give it a try first to understand the book better. In my reading list, it goes!

I'm not sure this is the book for me, but I appreciate your honest and straightforward review.

Thank you for the great review! I definitely have heard of the show, but have not watched it. I do love when books gives you plenty of surprises, but I can see some things lacking with it being a short read.

After reading the first few pages, I think I will give this one a try!

There is just so much I can say...

I'll start by.... Ink had loved Angel since the moment he'd laid eyes on her for the 1st time. He had spent years trying to do what he could to make her happy  and it might have worked, but then a darkness seemed to seep into her that he couldn't love away. She hid something from him :no-spoil: , something that she feared would break his heart and them completely.... but let it be said he had a secret of his own. :shhh:

Thus as it's been said: :o "Sometimes love doesn't have to make sense and sometimes we don't choose who we love. Our hearts tell us and we just do it because it feels right." Angel

Definitely sounds interesting to me. I loved SOA. Recently we were discussing watching it again. Good timing with the book. LOL. I'm glad you mentioned that although this is the ninth book in the series and you had not read any others, you were able to keep up fairly easily. I might have been intimidated to begin it otherwise. Some series you are just lost unless you read every book that had been released before the one you are considering. Thanks for the review!
