This is intriguing. I'm not much into dystopia but I'm going to give this a try. Thanks for your review!

While I enjoy dystopian novels, one of my biggest pet peeves is young characters - or any characters, really - falling in love instantly with no real depth to their relationships. This is an issue for me especially since you mentioned how quickly time goes by. Because the concept is interesting, I might be able to overlook this and give it try. Thank you for the review!

I really don't love dystopian romance novels and so am not going to try out Temptation Trials Rebellion by B. Truly but I will recommend it. Nice review

kandscreeley wrote: 08 Feb 2019, 08:35 I know Ms. Truly has written several of these Temptation Trials novels. I wonder where this one fits in the scheme of things. I do enjoy a good dystopian novel, but the mature content has me staying away from this series. Thanks, though.
The first two novels were written from the perspectives of the two female protagonists while the preceding two books (this being the second) were written in the perspectives of the two male protagonists.

I had been waiting on this book and it definitely did not disappoint. I enjoyed the book from the perspective of the female protagonists, but loved it from the perspectives of the male protagonists.

A society in which the government decides who you will marry when you turn 21 is a theme I haven't encountered before. This sounds like a very intriguing book. Thanks for the interesting review!

Someone choosing for you who to spend the rest of your life with is quite hard for me. I would really like to know how this goes.

This book sounded really good. I generally enjoy distopian romance. I like how brisk the pace is. I don't like how easily the characters seem to be swayed romantically, though if they're teenagers it might be accurate.

The preview of this book is great, it draws me closer to reading the book, the hesitation might be the mature content in it.

A second book in the Temptation Trials' series about a world where an evil regime controls the life of its citizens and dictates their marriage partners sounds intriguing. Too bad about the fast turn of events, and, but least the book was well edited. I love dystopian novels, but I don't think it is for me due to the mature content. I am glad you enjoyed the book despite its flaws. Thank you for the review!

"Hunger games" meets "Fiddler on the Roof" in this romantic-dystopian novel. A unique concept for a book worth looking into.

This seems like a book I want to read. Your review sounds like the book will be really interesting, although the quick moving pace may frustrate me a little. I tend to get wrapped up in plots and love to feel then in real time, without a lot of jumps. I will add this book to my shelf and give it a read!
