I wasn't sure I wanted to read this book, but after reading the sample and your comprehensive review, I'm hooked. I am grateful to know that Genesis can be read without book 1. Thanks for your great review!

When I saw Vol. 2 in the title of the book, I thought it will be difficult to follow. Based on your review it seems like it is a standalone novel.

I see this is another love story between an immortal and mortal. If you are into this type of paranormal romance genre, you will definitely enjoy this book.

Thank you for sharing your very descriptive thoughts and experience regarding this book :tiphat: I definitely agree with you that this read has the ability to draw readers into the story wanting to see what happens next. I also have seen the sample and I’d say I felt the emotion right away. I truly would want to read it myself. Thank you again! Congratulations to the author for coming up with such an interesting and exciting read, more so, on the #BOTD👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

The plot seemed to be a cliche but based on your review, it was still entertaining enough to finish it. Also, glad that it can be a stand-alone book despite it being the second one in the series. Their quest sounds like a good adventure too. Thanks for this review! :tiphat:

I have only read the sample of Genesis and find myself wanting to read the rest. The first pages grabbed my attention and made me feel as if I was right there with the characters. I am a fan of books in the supernatural, angels, etc and this book had it. Even though it is not accurate in the biblical sense, which is okay because I still enjoyed the journey I took with these characters. I truly enjoyed the pages I was given and want to continue on not only with the rest of this book but also the previous book. I look forward to reading more and getting familiar with these characters as well as the author.

This gate keeper thing sounds interesting. I enjoy love stories and this one seems to be a very exciting one

What a great premise for lovers of the genre. A love story between an angel and a human and a quest find a cure for poisoned friend sounds amazing.

Sounds like there's something for everyone in this novel about angels and even space travel to other galaxies. I'm glad you were able to pick up the story without having read the first book, but personally I always prefer to start at the beginning of a series to get the full context, and so I will be checking out the first book before tackling this one. Thank you for the informative review! Good to know you enjoyed it despite some of its more predictable aspects.

I like the stories in which the books are in the series. This is a story of Gwen's life and it is an interesting story. I feel a little difficulty to understand the story of the book but enjoyed it. Thanks for it.

An angel trying to save his love. Gatekeepers that protect the keys to access the Tree of Life. The author definitely read the first book of the Bible and created an alternating plot, very clever! It's a good thing the readers do not need to have read the first book in the series to understand the story.

A book about heading out from the earth to different planets with the point of getting the way to the tree of life appears to be intriguing to me. I will add it to my shelve. Thanks for the review.

A fantasy tale of searching for the tree of life for health and save a life. A continuation of a first book that has enough references of the first so you don't feel lost. Searching for keys and doing tasks to get them. This kind of adventure books are one of my favorites.

This is definitely not a book for me. I do like this genre, but I don’t like the theme of this book.
