A romance novel set in '60s sounds interesting. A book with good characterization also sounds intriguing. Although romance isn't a genre I like, I'd love to see what becomes of their age age disparities.

I love romance novels, and adding murder to the mix makes for a good read I think. I am a little conflicted with the teacher student relationship romamce. This only makes me want to read it more I think to see what happen, did they continue to fight it? At least u til he was out of high school. This a definite possibility of me reading this one. Congratulations on BOTD.

It's great that there's more than just romance in this book, such as a murder mystery. Wonderful review!

It sounds interesting. The age difference in a romance that take place in 60s mostly have the male character as the elder one, but this difference in the story makes it more interesting. Well developed characters and a perfect plot in a romance makes it all the more interesting read. Insightful and good review. Thank you.

This book as a nice plot, but I don't enjoy books from this genre. I'll give it a pass.

I really enjoyed the sample. Marion's character is beautiful but quirky, Jonathan's is alluring. I hope to read the whole book soon. Great review. From the sample I wouldn't rate it any other way.
But the path I’ve chosen has always been the right one, and I wouldn’t have had it any other way. :)

I like the interplay between the attraction they felt and the professional/distant relationship between them as a result of circumstances. It sounds like an excellent exploration of tension. Unfortunately, I really find romance novels distasteful, so I will not be reading this one. Thank you for your review.

While I don't usually prefer this genre, this book sounds well written with good character development. It's especially unique in terms of depicting an unconventional love story, which we don't see happening very often in our society. I also like the title making sense in the context of the storyline. Thank you for the detailed review.

I haven't really been into romance novels as of late, but the fact that this one follows an unconventional relationship not too often (at least seriously) portrayed in this sort of work, I might give it a try. The character development and elements outside of the romance make it sound more interesting as well. Thank you for the helpful review.
