Cassidy Quinn really passed through a lot in her teenage days. Emma coming in as her best friend at that time really brought happiness to her. The twist in this book for me started when she loved 'Sean Anderson'. I am so inquisitive to know the outcome of her romance with him. Congratulations on being the book of the day.

Your review indicates that the book packs a lot of detail. That's surprising for only 180 pages, given the mundanity of the book's beginning.

Cassidy and Sean seem like they go on an eventful journey when both falling in love and rekindling the romance. I love the addition of flashbacks to World War II and finding love during that stressful time. I think I would enjoy giving this book a read. Congrats on the BOTD selection!

I prefer when romantic stories include layers that go beyond the romance itself, and it seems as though this one might fit that bill. I’m more drawn in by the non-romantic emotional elements and what seems to be hints of family drama rather than the romance itself. Hopefully, the romance itself is not too cliché. Thank you for the helpful review.

I love fictional romance novels and both the cover and title really appeal to me. The main character seems very relatable as well.

First of all, such a lovely cover!
I like the fact that this book deals with young love, rekindled love AND old love during the World War II. I don't know why but the characters that keep journals are the ones I connect with the most. Really looking forward to read this book!❤️

I love that the book covers a relatable topic like emotional trauma. It is informative and seems educational. I love that it also has a bit of romance. Great review.

Romance at a beachside cottage, my interest is piqued. What could be the secret that might pull Cassidy and Sean apart? I've got to read this. Thanks for the interesting review.

The author and his team have done a really good job with the cover of the book, taking back readers to the love during World War II and ending the book delightfully while keeping all the emotions in their place throughout the book... You gave an amazing and informative review!

I never did like romance and love stories. That is what I am saying. But when I am reading a romantic part in the genres that I like, I usually give in. This it seems from the review, aside from the love story, hints of mystery, nostalgic thoughts, grief and sorrow a reader would like to decipher and empathize, subconscious thoughts and emotional trauma. Should I give in? I have read the prologue of the sample and it is really emotion-filled and captivating.
