I loved this series as it was erotic and mysterious. I couldn't put the books down once I started and I have read the entire series more than once. A nice way to spend a long weekend.

I love this series! I started reading them a while back and am just waiting until I have some extra cash to buy The King. (Being a college student most of what I make goes to my tuition) I really love how she is really good a guy relationships. That is the only thing I can't seem to do realistically in my own writing and the relationship the brothers have feels so real and effortless. I also like how it has a balance between romance and action. I can't wait to read The King because Wrath is my second favorite. I'm a big Vishous fan.

Z's story is my favorite. I stopped reading a couple of books ago - right around the time the Band of Bastards appeared. Got tired of waiting for Blay and Quinn's story (the waiting wasn't the problem, the angst about them shown in the books before they got their own book was what killed me) and from what I've read on The King's reviews, I'm not regretting my decision to quit the series.

how many books are there in the series and is it worth it to finish the whole series? or is it like a stereotypical series where it is about one clan and each book of the series is about a different member of the clan etcetcetc...?

I love JR Ward's books but never caught onto the BDB train. Seems like I'll have to start reading them seeing all the good reviews here :)

I love these books! I have read them all and each year anxiously await the next one. The books at the beginning we far less complicated then the newer ones. Back at the beginning it was more centered around one main couple but now it can take a few books with a couple being part of the books to actually get their happily ever after. I do not mind this to much although because I am an inpatient person by nature it is hard to know who will end up with whom but have to wait a few books to get to the nitty gritty of their story.

I love this series. I'm reading "The King" right now. Its hard to wait for the next book yo come out, so its like a very exciting treat when they do. I always want the authors to hurry and get the next book out, but I'm glad they take their time to make the book great before releasing it. As much as I want to get my hands on the new release its always worth waiting for.

King was great. I was hoping we would revisit some of the couples in fuller length instead of just hearing snippets in sequels. I really enjoy this series as well and wait patiently for the next one to come out. And, by patiently I mean not patiently and totally annoyed that it takes so long in between books. I'm not sure about the other angel series though. I tried to get into it, but I couldn't. Doesn't have the same alpha-ness as BDB.

This series! I dont even know where to begin! I should start by saying that when the new book in this series came out (The king), i began re-reading the entire series. And for those of you who have not read this series, let me tell you, it's no quick read! Overall i would recommend this series to anyone and everyone! (Over 18 of course)

I have read all of them, except The King, which I am currently reading. It is a good series for the most part. I have my favorites, namely Rhage, Zadist, and Lassiter.

This is another series on the top of my favorites list! I love that J.R. Ward created this unique world from such a simple idea (vampires).
