I am a huge fan of romance which makes "Highway to Love" by Dani Burke very intriguing. I am curious about the choices Alexis made in love and her life generally. I wish to get to know Alexis better and see where this love journey leads ...

A book that poses situations in love relationships in which loyalty, true love and the basis of relationships are tested, and these are things that can happen to anyone and may not know what to do, which makes this book very interesting.

I'm not sure whether I'd enjoy this based on your description of Alexis. I do love a good romance novel though. Thanks for the review!

This is not something I would usually read, however, it does sound interesting.

Re:official review of Highway to Loveby Dani Burke is an honest assessment of this romance novel. After reading the sample I really wondered how best the story should develop. The review gave me a few answers. I like her concentration on character development but feel there were spoilers in the comments on the main character. Even though I will not read the book, the review is good.

Romance book without explicit sex scenes is good for me. The characters seem to encounter several emotional challenges, and I'd like to know what they did about those challenges.

I may just be grabbing this book to find out if Alexis ended up with Richard or Joe. I like a good romance once in a while, and considering how well the author engages the reader's emotions, this story should be intriguing.

A romance novel where Alexis needs to choose between love and morality seems interesting.

Thank you for the great review.

Thanks for the balanced review. Romance is not my genre, but for fans, this sounds like a decent effort, with only a few problems. The shifting point of view would have been distracting for me.

I've never thought that I would enjoy a romance novel and reading this sample confirms it. I didn't mind reading so much about Alex and Steph lusting over construction workers. As an asexual, I didn't enjoy reading about their desire for physical intimacy.

I'm not a fan of romance novels. Especially if the main character is not likable. Sounds like this one needs some editing help as well. I'll pass on this.

Great review! The main characters in a romance novel are honestly the most important bit, so it's a bit disappointing to see Alexis devolve into a simple damsel in distress character. Other than that this book seems like a fun and easy read.

Although I don't usually read romance novels, I am interested in this one because you felt involved in the characters' lives and couldn't put the book down! I am interested in learning what choice Alexis makes and if she matures as the book progresses. This book sounds like a fun summer read!
