It has been a while since I have read a Cassie Edwards book. When I began reading romance she was one of the authors I tried and I really enjoyed her historical westerns that utilized the Indian and white issues of the time with a romantic twist. I think I will have to go back and re-read her books again!

I have read many of her books and do enjoy them. I especially like reading about the various tribes and how she does not sugar coat the problems that existed between the whites and Native Americans during that time period. The one problem I have with her books is how quickly the hero/heroine fall in love. It just happens too quickly to be realistic (although I know that most of us don't read romance books because they are realistic!) but I feel like the characters go from barely meeting to declarying their undying love for each other in only one or two chapters. I like to read books that continue after the main characters form that bond but I also feel that it should be given more time to develop. This isn't enough to make me stop reading her books, though, because she is an excellent author.
