Is about a woman named grateful who's trying to make a fresh start after a miserable breakup with her ex Gary.
She decides to swear off men at least she try's to until she meets her neighbor and caretaker of cemetery that runs from his house to the back of hers. Moving into a house her dad had recently been givin in a will. She thinks life will mellow its self out now. And she can over come the debt that her ex Gary got her into.

Her house holds two ghosts one named Logan and the other named prudence living in this house reveals a whole different world to greatful then she's use to dealing with now ontop of demons and vampires and ghost is almost a second job. She has to sort out her feelings with neighbor rick and Logan the ghost. Can't women ever catch a break.

I give this book a four stars for the whole storyline was perfect it drew me in after like the first page I had to read more and I couldn't put it down. I especially loved the detail of the graveyard and the history the author wrote in about the Salem witch trials it was very interesting.
