Hallow's Gate, by Michelle Erickson contains a surprising twist. The story starts off like all other paranormal romance novels, then turns into a highly interesting plot. The main character is a female vampire who is late in meeting her fiancee. As usual she gets lost along the way. Just like every other woman she dreams of a man whose kiss turns her on fire. Here she is about to meet her fiancee and she's crushing on an imaginery man who doesn't exist. Or does he? As in most romances, the main character, pulls up the driveway only to see her finacee lusting after another woman. Sensing her marriage to him would be short lived, she calls it off. After breaking it off, she realizes she's not upset at all. That she never was really in love with her fiancee. Then an image of the man in her dreams appears and kisses her. The next thing she knows is that he disappears!

Michelle Erickson, is an author with a stunning talent when it comes to her book, Hallow's Gate. The plot is well written and her characters are realstic and believablely fun to read about. Their journeys and thoughts become your very own as the writer lures you deeper into her words. Suspense lingers on each page, as I read further into the novel. Fascinating and thrilling read that you won't regret reading! Hallow's Gate is everything I could ask for all in one book!
