Nora Roberts - Queen of Romance?

I am a Nora Roberts fan to the point where I've read most of her books under her pen name 'Nora Roberts'. Her books are my comfort place. If I'm in a reading slump, I turn to her books.
If I'm re-reading a book it's probably one of hers or Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen
My question to my fellow romance readers is as follows: Where do you stand when it comes to Ms. Roberts? Yay or Nay?
I ask because in my experience people have either really loved her work or really hated it. Some find issue that her writing seems a bit formulaic - all the books in the same exact genre are basically the same.
If you don't necessarily enjoy her work, why is this and which authors are your favourite? Who's body of work never disappoints you?
I LOVE that I know exactly what I'm going to get when I pick up one of her books. I love her writing style and adore her heroes.
Just typing about her books has me excited to read Legacy.
